Taking care of your mental stillness by yourself, each day if you have to, is the way to future proof yourself from any potential anxiety meltdown. Negativity accumulates and if you don’t peel them off piece by piece, there will be no room for positivity. Ideally you can do this every day and build it into your daily routine, but if not, you need to take a moment to shed off the negative feelings that start nipping at you.
Heiko and & Selina Niedermeyer practice and teach the Power of Releasing for nearly 30 years now. It’s so simple at first you think this can’t be true. It works, otherwise they wouldn’t be doing this as a profession for so long. No religious or spiritual element to this at all. I tried it, and it works!
