“Anything that can conceive of as a supply chain, blockchain can vastly improve its efficiency- it doesn’t matter if its people, numbers, data, money.”
– Ginni Rometty, CEO IBM
Blockchain is a digital ledger shared among many with a focus in keeping better track of information and transactions. Everybody gets a copy of the same distributed information and due to its mechanism, it is also immutable. It uses a democratic and decentralized system, where by consensus has to be made among stakeholders before information is added to the ledgers.
We believe blockchain has the potential to improve transparency among countries, companies and individuals that move along goods or services; anything from a coffee bean or a smartphone to a financial product.
